Getting Started

​

1. Book an Initial Alternative Health Appointment
Your first consultation is face-to-face at the clinic (Sunshine City Medical Centre).
Book an Initial Alternative Health consultation by calling our friendly reception team on (03) 9312 3000.
Dr Ravi will review your medical history and discuss what medical treatment options are appropriate with an interest in natural therapies.

Note: No prescriptions are issued at this visit.

2. Assessment
If suitable, we’ll guide you through the required steps:

• Sign a consent form for unapproved medications if indicated

• Provide a health summary from your GP (we can assist)

3. Prescription Issued

Once checks are complete (usually within 1 week), Dr Ravi will issue your prescription—this is usually via a telehealth phone consultation.

Fees

New Patients – Out of pocket fee $195.10
(total $280 with medicare rebate $84.90)
Covers all appointments up to the first prescription.

Ongoing Care

Follow-up reviews at 4 weeks, then every 3 months.
Appointments can be in-person or by phone.

• Normal GP consultation fees apply for ongoing care appointments (medicare rebates available, bulk billing for concession card holders)

• Patients must attend the clinic in person at least once every 12 months
